OUR NURSERY IS "GOOD"!

We are delighted to inform Parents that following our Ofsted inspection on 15th May 2024, Lemon Tree Montessori Nursery School have received a glowing Ofsted report. Much hard work has gone into making the Nursery a safe, happy and stimulating environment for children.

WHAT DO OFSTED SAY ABOUT US?

"Children are safe and happy. All children are busy and engaged, they enjoy a broad curriculum and explore purposeful activities to help with their learning and development."

"Staff know children well and invest time in each child to build relationships. Bonds between staff and children are evident. All children, including those with special educational needs and/or disability (SEND) feel safe to explore and become confident learners. Children are happy to lead their own play and discover new things."

"Staff are positive role models; they are kind and gentle with the children. In turn, the children learn to respect one another and use kind words and hands."

"Children enjoy playing in a large, enclosed garden full of activities that cover all areas of learning."

"The enthusiastic manager works hard to develop relationships with staff, parents, and children. There is an ethos of valuing everyone, which extends to all. Leaders engage with the community and local services to ensure positive outcomes for the children. Long standing staff feel supported and are given training opportunities to help develop practice. Staff work well together and benefit from regular supervisions with the manager to talk through all aspects of work."
